TikTok Mini Games Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to TikTok Mini Games operated by Shenzhen Yijie Guangnian Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市艺界光年科技有限公司) and made available through TikTok.

Currently applicable mini-games include, but are not limited to:

Triple Harvest

For future games, if their data practices are already covered here, we may add the game name and update the date. If permissions, advertising, in-app purchases, third-party SDKs or data uses differ, we will also update the relevant provisions.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on the Mini Game and features actually used, we may process:

• TikTok account identifiers: such as OpenID, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens or authorization scope information, only where the relevant login/authorization feature is used;
• TikTok profile information: such as display name and avatar, only where explicitly authorized and needed;
• Game data: progress, levels, scores, virtual currency, virtual items, missions, achievements, reward records, settings and save data;
• Device and technical information: device type, operating system and game version, language, network information, IP address, server logs, errors and crash information;
• Advertising data: ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion status, reward records and necessary ad events;
• Transaction data: if IAP is enabled, order number, product, amount, status, transaction time and platform identifiers.

We process information only to the extent relevant features are actually enabled.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate the Mini Games, identify users, save or synchronize progress, deliver virtual items and rewards, process transactions if enabled, provide advertising and ad rewards, provide leaderboards/missions/achievements if enabled, prevent cheating and fraud, troubleshoot errors, improve experience, handle support requests and comply with legal, regulatory and TikTok platform requirements.

4. Legal Bases

Where required by applicable law, we may process personal information because it is necessary to provide the game service, based on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information only where reasonably necessary with TikTok, cloud providers, advertising providers, analytics providers, payment providers or other service providers needed to operate the Mini Games. We may also disclose or transfer information where required by law, regulators, security investigations or business transactions. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention may depend on game progress, transaction records, anti-fraud needs, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. When no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize or otherwise securely dispose of it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS encryption, access controls, server-side authentication, restricted access to sensitive credentials, and logging and monitoring. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Processing

Because the Mini Games may be offered in multiple countries or regions and may rely on global service providers, information may be processed or stored outside your country or region. Where required by law, we will use appropriate safeguards.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, receive information about processing, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity first.

10. Deletion of Game Data

To request deletion of personal information associated with a Mini Game account, contact: ledmod2013@gmail.com.

Deletion may permanently remove game progress, virtual currency, virtual items and other records.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Mini Games are intended only for users who meet TikTok and applicable local age requirements. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law. If you believe there is an issue, please contact us.

12. Third-Party Services

The Mini Games operate within TikTok and may rely on other third-party services. Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies. Users should also review TikTok and relevant third-party privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when we add new Mini Games, change data practices or features, or to reflect changes in law or TikTok platform policies.

If a new game is already fully covered by existing data practices, we may add its name and update the date; otherwise we will also revise the relevant provisions.
